WEATHER: Cool, sunny. Highs in upper 50s
We are in Rochester for about a week. We lived here from 2000 until we hit the road in August, 2013. We are here for MD appointments at the Mayo Clinic, where we used to work, and to see our daughter Alexis who still lives here, and to see old friends and neighbors.
We worked on the Airstream in the morning, then had lunch with Alexis. Then, we went to a nice Kentucky Derby party with old friends. They had a taco buffet.
Back at our friends' house, we sat around a roaring campfire.
