LOCATION: Durango, Colorado, in SW Colorado

We moved to this RV park where we will stay 7 nights. We love Durango. Population of 15,000. Very vibrant. There is a college here, so lots of young people. There is a trolley stop right outside the RV park. We plan to ride the trolley to downtown.
There is a popular steam engine tourist train here, that goes right through the RV park.
We spent the day doing computer work and reading.
DINNER; I found a great variety of fresh mushrooms at the grocery, so made an Italian mushroom penne pasta casserole. I sautéed regular mushrooms, portabellos, shiitakes, and chanterelles in garlic butter. I added bell peppers and onions, lots of cheese, and a little cream sauce. I tried baking it in the microwave/convection oven on the convection setting, but the oven didn't bake it very well. Not sure if the problem is the oven or the user. :-).
