WEATHER: Sunny and hot. Highs about 92
We visited the Fremont Street area in downtown Las Vegas. It is a pedestrian street mall lined with older casinos, bars and street vendors. The Golden Nugget is one of the famous ones.
At night, this place is really crazy. There is a light show on the top. We saw zip liners zip through the air.
People buy drinks at outdoor bars and stroll around. Many strange characters!Back at the house, we swam to cool off. Here are my aunt and uncle.
They return to Canada tomorrow, so we had a good-bye dinner at an old-fashioned steakhouse/supper club nearby. We had smoked prime rib, salads and steamed vegetables. Really superb.
