December 5, 2015. Spectacular day in San Francisco

LOCATION:  Staying with friends in San Mateo, California, in San Francisco Bay Area

WEATHER:  Sunny.  Highs in 60s

We set off to see the sights of San Francisco with our friends, Minnie and Daniel.  First stop was Twin Peaks, overlooking the city.

We could see the whole Bay Area.

It was a clear day, so we had a great view.

From there, we drove down into the city, through the Casto section, where gay flags were displayed in almost every store.  Then, to the ferry terminal that is a weekend farmers' market.   Beautiful display of mushrooms...

We could see Oakland across the bay.....
