WEATHER: Perfect...Sunny, highs in 70s
Today was odd job day around the farm of my aunt and uncle. George helped Uncle Leo with the water tank and helped set up their camper and awning.
We went into town to do some of our grocery shopping in preparation for Alaska. We need to have enough to get us to Fairbanks. I bought lots of canned goods.
In the evening, we went to my cousin Mandy's housewarming party. She and her boyfriend have just bought a new house.
DINNER: Elk sausage on the grill. As a side dish, I sautéed some onions and added to black beans. Cuban, with a Canaduan twist!
Was it like the reindeer sausage we had in Norway?
