WEATHER: Partly sunny. Cool. Highs low 60s
We frittered away the morning again. George worked on renting a car in Dublin next month. I took Bela on a long walk through a beautiful meadow.
The trains are on strike for a few days, so we decided to stay close to home. We walked about 1.5 miles to a nearby village for lunch at another cute pub....
Back home, I played with Bela in the backyard....
We are housesitting in England for about 2.5 months, from July to mid-September. During that time we will be housesitting in these 5 places....
1. Sheffield
2. Oxford
3. Orpington (current)
4. Stone House
5. Whitchurch
The "v" is for vacation. In between housesitting assignments, we had 5 free days when we went to Cornwall.
In the evening, we watched the Olympics, mostly the Great Britain teams, and some BBC shows.
DINNER: Asian fried rice.
