August 13, 2016. London theater!

LOCATION:  Housesitting in Orpington, England, near London.
WEATHER:  Mostly sunny. Highs in 70s

Today's highlight was going to see "The Book of Mormon" play at the Prince of Wales Theater in London.

We took the train in to London to Charing Cross Station.  It is an area full of famous tourist attractions.....Trafalgar Square, Coventry Garden, Haymarket, Piccadilly Circus.

We wandered through the theater district.  Long lines for the Harry Potter movie...

We saw Les Miserables on our last trip to London, about 30 years ago.  Still playing.....

Then, to the Prince of Wales Theater for our show.

It was a brilliant show.  Excellent music.  Totally irreverent.

We were in the nosebleed section, but still could see and hear very well.

It was a bit of a splurge but well worth it.

We, along with about 50,000 other tourists, fought our way through the tube, then train station, finally arriving in peaceful Orpington.

Great day!

DINNER:  Leftover pork steaks with veg and rice.
