November 10, 2014. Cooking day in Ann Arbor

Meredith and I spent most of the day preparing food for 2 of her clients.  Each gas special requests, so she can't just make 2 of the same item.  Example....one only eats chicken, the other no carbs or dairy.  One likes spicy but no salt.  I think it gets complicated, but does it well.  We made and delivered:  for Family #1--chicken tetrazzini, tortilla chip casserole, Brussels sprouts, avocado salad, Mexican rice and green beans.  Family #2--chili, seafood stir fry, seaweed salad, Brussels sprouts, pasta,  Japanese salad, ginger dressing. We will do part 2 on Thursday.

Then, she made a gourmet dinner of sautéed shrimp in wine sauce, Brussels sprouts, and pasta.  We paired it with champagne from Germany, a gift from a friend.
