Meredith was busy packing and running errands, so I helped her in the kitchen. I made 2 Mexican casseroles to feed 120 people for her job at the church. She wanted to provide them, in case her assistant needs more food in Meredith's absence.
We made a delivery to one of Meredith's clients. Her clients say they might starve while she is away. All are so complimentary.
We met my friend Heather who has just moved to Ann Arbor. . We had some wine and appetizers at a downtown Ann Arbor wine bar called Vinology. Great wines, and 50% off!
We picked up a pizza for dinner, as we didn't feel like cooking and cleaning. Lots of crazy packing and list-making going on!
