November 30, 2015. Last day on Bainbridge Island

LOCATION:  House-sitting on Bainbridge Island, Washington
WEATHER: overcast and cool. Highs about 40

Today is our last day house-sitting here.  We have really enjoyed our stay.

A possible buyer came to look at the Airstream,  I hope we can tie the sale up soon.

We did more computer work.  I researched campervans in New Zealand, and bought our car insurance for Mexico.  Really expensive requirement!

We ate lunch at a cute place at the marina in downtown Bainbridge.  Delicious clam chowder, and fish and chips.  We wanted seafood as a farewell to the island.

We took a drive to another part of the island, gawking at the waterfront mansions.

In the evening, we packed up as we hope to get an early start tomorrow.

DINNER:  Since I bought tortillas the other day for fish tacos, I made quesadillas to use more of them up.  I added sautéed onion, garlic, and leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.  Lots of cumin, chili powder and hot sauce made them pop!

The homeowner returned late tonight.  We picked him up at the ferry terminal.
