Day 134. December 18, 2013. Ft. Pierce, FL

We are with my aunt's sister another day.  She showed us her boss's yacht that is for sale for $1.3 M. It has 7 heads!  Very luxurious.  Then we toured a Smithsonian aquarium that they moved here from D.C..  Very interesting.  Guided tour.  We went to a biker bar for lunch.  Had a soft shelled crab sandwich.  In the afternoon, we went to the town's weekly craft and farmers' market.  In the evening we went downtown to see the Christmas decorations.  The tall palm trees are strung with lights and there is a light show synchronized with Christmas songs. I can't get used to a tropical Christmas!   We went out to eat at a local rib joint.

On the property is a sauna and bathroom that we have been using.  Here is George with the kitty in front of it.

There is a huge banyan tree in front of the house

Here is the view of the water looking out from the back yard (gated)

  1. We met at Gros Morne back in September and have been following your adventures since we got home. Glad to see you are enjoying yourselves.

We plan to leave May 1 heading for US west coast so perhaps we shall come across you again. We had the little Boler trailer. Tony and Jenny
