Day 142. December 26, 2013. Relaxing at the beach.

We chilled at the cabin and then went to a fun place for lunch nearby.  We had blackened Mahi Mahi with beans and rice.  Then we went crabbing on one of the bays.  No luck.  

Then we went into the village of Grayton Beach.  This town has a motto "nice dogs; weird people".  We went to a local bar where they have pictures and sketches of dogs everywhere.  At this time of year, there aren't many tourists so it was fun talking with some of the old characters.  We grilled hamburgers  for dinner, as a change of pace.  Meredith's version was delicious.
