February 5, 2015. The O.K. Corral at Tombsone, AZ

CAMPGROUND:  Still at Turquoise Valley RV Park in SE Arizona
WEATHER:  Another beautiful, sunny day. Highs in low 70s

We spent the day in Tombstone, about 45 minutes from here.  It is the home of the cowboy shoot-out at OK Corral.

It is touristy, but fun.  We watched a reenactment of a gunfight.

Tourists can take a ride on a stagecoach.

Then, we met up with a high school friend, Bett Stuart Jones and her husband for lunch.

They live in Colorado and are spending the winter in Tucson.  It was fun to get together.

We had lunch at Big Nose Kate's Saloon.  Kate was Doc Halliday's girlfriend, and a notorious  prostitute.

Back at the RV park, George climbed  back on top of the Air Stream to work on the cracks some more.

DINNER:  George grilled some fish fillets and vegetables.  I made some hash browns.  All tasty!
