WEATHER; beautiful. Highs in 70s
We took a day trip to nearby Lake Mead. We rode on the paddle boat on the lake.
It was a 90-minute trip. It was a beautiful day to look at the rocky scenery.
The tour took us to the front of the Hoover Dam.
It was a narrated tour, so we learned all kinds of facts.
After the boat ride, we went into Boulder City and had lunch at a wine bistro.
We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather, in the shade.
Back in Las Vegas, we lounged around the swimming pool. George grilled hamburgers for dinner.
