WEATHER: Another scorcher. Thermometer on our deck read 118!
We got up really early to pick vegetables. Three people picking 3 hours= 9 man hours. We picked salad mix, tomatoes of course, zucchini, pears, figs, and squash.
In the afternoon, when it was too hot to be outside, we prepared for the market. Mr. Grumpy sorted the tomatoes.....
Ms. Better Attitude trimmed the peewee tomatoes.....
After refreshing showers, we took off to a winery that was having a happy hour and music. We stood on the deck under their misters, to combat the 112 temp...
Then, we had sushi and okonomyaki at a very authentic Japanese restaurant in Ukiah. Oishikata!!
