Drove from Lynchburg, VA to Winston-Salem to visit more of George's family. Stopped in Chapel Hill where George had gone to school----Univ of NC. Neat town. We had lunch with a cousin who had been a prof there. For those old enough to remember, he is first cousin to the Smothers Brothers...a comedy team in the 60s. Makes George a 3rd cousin. One of his students wrote the TV show, Archer. Another of his students is a famous author....Clyde Edgerton.
This cousin has a collection of 1400 pop-up books, one of the largest in the world.
Hottest day we have had so far. Glad we are not camping. Staying at a cousin's house. They have 3 houses...the big house, the little house, and the tiny house. We were in the tiny house..see photo
