We visited a winery. Who knew that South Carolina would have decent wine! Beautiful garden setting with live music. Very pleasant.
George caught the big one at last! After hours of fishing, see the huge catch! (don't look too carefully, though...it's a fake)
For dinner, I made a pasta with grilled shrimp and scallops. We went to a seafood shop and bought the ingredients....., fairly inexpensive. Added kalamata olives, feta and artichoke hearts. I made the sauce starting with broth made by sautéing shrimp shells in butter and white wine. Easy and really adds nice flavor.
